Our Story
Built for the trips that booking engines handle badly
A search engine is very good at one thing: a simple round trip, one passenger, flexible dates. It gets progressively worse the moment real life intrudes — a long-haul business class seat, an open-jaw routing, five relatives on one reservation, a visa window that can't move, a fare that must be held while a client decides.
Absolute Holidays LLC opened in Tampa in 2020 to work in exactly that gap. ASAPTrips.com is our flight desk: the place where a traveller with a complicated itinerary reaches a specialist who prices it properly, rather than an interface that quietly drops the options it can't handle.
The advantage is structural, not promotional. Airlines release negotiated fares through contracted agencies instead of publishing them. Holding those contracts means we can price the same cabin, on the same aircraft, at a number the public fare display never shows — and on premium long-haul, that difference is rarely small.
What we won't do is hide behind it. Every quote we give includes taxes and carrier fees. Every fare rule is read aloud before you pay. If the published fare happens to be cheaper on your route, we tell you that too.
The Difference
What a consolidator fare actually is
The term gets used loosely across the industry, so here is the plain version — no marketing gloss.
📄
A contract, not a coupon
An airline agrees a price with an agency in advance, in exchange for volume. That price is filed in the global distribution systems under a private fare code. It isn't a sale, a promo code or a flash discount — it's a commercial agreement that exists year-round.
🔒
Restricted by design
Carriers keep these fares off public display to protect their own retail pricing. Only agencies holding the contract can see and ticket them, which is precisely why searching harder on comparison sites will never surface one.
💺
Same seat, same aircraft
You fly the carrier's own metal in the cabin you booked, earn miles where the fare class permits, and hold a standard e-ticket. What differs is the number on the invoice — not the flight.
📈
Biggest gap up front
Negotiated pricing bites hardest where published fares are highest: long-haul business and first class, and peak-season international economy. On a short domestic hop the public fare is often already the best available — and we'll say so.
📋
Different rules apply
Negotiated fares can carry their own change, refund and baggage conditions. We read the governing rules to you before payment, in full, so nothing about your ticket is a surprise later.
🧭
Better on complex routings
Multi-city, open-jaw and stopover itineraries are where contracted pricing and a human ticketing desk compound. These are the trips booking engines either mis-price or refuse outright.
Our Specialism
Premium cabins are where we do our best work
Contracted fares and public fares diverge most sharply at the front of the aircraft. A discount of a few dollars on a domestic economy seat is noise; the same percentage on a long-haul business class ticket is the price of the return leg. That is why the majority of what we ticket is Business, First and Premium Economy.
It is also where routing knowledge earns its keep. The cheapest premium seat is frequently not the obvious itinerary — it is a different carrier, a connecting hub one stop further out, or a departure two days either side. A search box will not surface that. A specialist who books the route weekly will.
🥂
Business Class
Lie-flat seats to Europe, the Middle East, Africa, India and Asia. We compare direct services against one-stop routings that often price materially lower for the same journey time, and confirm the exact seat product — angled, lie-flat, suite — before you commit.
👑
First Class
Genuine First cabins on the carriers that still operate them, including suite products on Gulf and Asian airlines. Limited inventory means availability moves quickly; we hold what we find while you decide, where the fare rules permit.
💺
Premium Economy
The most underrated cabin in the market — significantly more comfortable than economy on a 10-hour sector, at a fraction of the step up to Business. Product quality varies enormously between airlines, and we tell you which is worth the premium on your route.
What premium-cabin travellers ask us for
The requests that come up on nearly every front-cabin booking, and how we handle them.
◆Seat product verifiedNot every "Business Class" is lie-flat. We confirm the cabin fitted to your specific aircraft and date, not the marketing name.
◆Mileage accrual checkedPremium contracted fares usually earn miles and tier credit. We confirm the rate for your fare class before you pay.
◆Lounge and baggageWhat's included, what isn't, and where the lounge actually is at your connecting airport.
◆Seats togetherFront cabins have few pairs. We request and confirm adjacent seating at the time of ticketing, not after.
◆Held while you decideWhere the fare permits, we hold the quote so a premium seat isn't lost during an internal approval.
◆Change terms in writingBusiness travel moves. You get the change and refund rules before payment, not after a plan shifts.
How It Works
Five segments between your call and your seat
Every booking follows the same sequence. It exists so nothing depends on one person remembering to do something.
01
You tell us the trip
Cities, dates, cabin, passengers, and the constraints that actually matter — a visa appointment, a wedding date, an elderly parent who can't take a long connection. By phone, email or the search form.
02
We price it against every contract we hold
A specialist works the published fare and our negotiated inventory side by side, across alternate airports, dates and routings. You get options with real trade-offs explained, not a single take-it-or-leave-it number.
03
Rules read before payment
Change fees, refund conditions, baggage allowance, seat and meal requests, and the total including all taxes and carrier fees. Confirmed with you before a card is touched.
04
Ticketed and checked
We issue the e-ticket, verify the record against the carrier, and send your confirmation with the airline PNR — so you can look the booking up on the airline's own site immediately.
✈
We stay on the file
Schedule change, cancellation, involuntary reroute, a missed connection at 2am — the same desk that sold the ticket handles it. Not a chatbot, and not a queue that resets your history each time.
After You Book
The part most agencies quietly walk away from
Selling a ticket is the easy half. The work that decides whether a trip goes well happens afterwards — when a schedule moves, a name is misspelled, a bag allowance turns out to be wrong, or a connection collapses at 3am in a terminal you've never seen.
Our post-ticketing desk handles that, and it is staffed by the same specialists who sold the fare. No transfer to a separate department, no re-explaining your itinerary, no ticket number lost between teams.
🔄
Exchanges & date changes
We reprice the new dates against the original fare rules, tell you the fare difference and change penalty before we touch anything, and reissue the ticket properly so the coupon status stays valid with the carrier.
💰
Refunds
Refundable, partially refundable and taxes-only cases each work differently. We file the refund with the airline, give you the reference, and chase it — rather than telling you to contact the carrier yourself.
✖
Cancellations
Void within the 24-hour window where it applies, cancel-and-retain for future use where the fare allows, or full cancellation with a written breakdown of what is recoverable and what is not.
💺
Seats & special requests
Advance seat assignment, bassinet positions, extra legroom, wheelchair and mobility assistance, and meal requests — placed in the reservation and reconfirmed with the airline, not just noted on our side.
🧳
Baggage
Allowances differ by carrier, cabin, route and fare class, and interline journeys often follow the operating carrier's rules rather than the one you booked. We confirm what you actually get and add prepaid bags where that's cheaper than the airport.
🐾
Pets in cabin & hold
Carrier limits per aircraft, container dimensions, breed restrictions, health documentation and the routes that will not accept animals at all. We check every leg before you book, because a refusal at check-in is not recoverable.
🎫
Ancillaries
Paid upgrades, lounge access, priority boarding, extra bags, Wi-Fi and preferred seating — added to the booking at the point where they are cheapest, which is rarely at the airport.
⚠️
Schedule changes & disruption
When an airline moves or cancels your flight, you are owed a reaccommodation. We monitor for involuntary changes and rebook you on the best available alternative under the carrier's own policy.
📝
Name & document corrections
A misspelling that does not match the passport will stop you at check-in. We correct it with the carrier while it is still fixable — the window closes as departure approaches.
Why Travellers Stay
What you get that a search box can't give you
💬
A named specialist
One person owns your itinerary end to end. You won't re-explain a complicated routing to a different agent every time you call.
🕐
Genuinely 24/7
Disruption doesn't keep office hours. Our desk is staffed every hour of every day, including holidays, for travellers already in the air.
💳
The quote is the price
All government taxes and carrier-imposed fees are inside the figure we give you. No assembly of surcharges at the final screen.
👨👩👧
Groups and families
Ten or more passengers, seats together, split payment, staggered name deadlines — handled properly on one reservation.
🛫
Premium cabins
Business and first class are where our contracts do the most work, and where a specialist's routing knowledge is worth the most.
🔁
Changes without a fight
Plans move. We rebook against the fare rules we already read to you, and tell you the cost before we act — never after.

Accreditation & Security
Registered, accredited, and checkable
Anyone can claim to be a travel agency. These are the registrations you can verify with the issuing bodies yourself.
A negotiated airfare an airline releases through contracted agencies rather than publishing on its own website. Because the price is agreed in advance under contract, it is frequently lower than the public fare for the same cabin and routing — most noticeably on long-haul business and first class.
Why can't I find these fares online myself?
Airlines restrict negotiated fares by contract. They are filed in the global distribution systems under private fare codes visible only to agencies holding that agreement, so they never appear on public airline or comparison sites regardless of how you search.
Is ASAPTrips.com a licensed travel agency?
Yes. ASAPTrips.com is operated by Absolute Holidays LLC, registered as a Florida Seller of Travel under reference number ST44992 and as a California Seller of Travel under number 2156300-50. Both registrations can be verified with the issuing state agencies.
Do your quoted prices include taxes and fees?
Yes. Every price quoted by an ASAPTrips specialist includes all applicable government taxes and carrier-imposed fees. Any agency service fee is disclosed to you before payment. The figure you are quoted is the figure you pay.
Are you affiliated with any airline?
No. Absolute Holidays LLC is an independent travel agency. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or operated on behalf of any airline. Airline names appear on this site only to identify carriers and their products.
What happens if I need to change or cancel after booking?
The same specialist who sold your ticket handles it. We reprice the change against your original fare rules and tell you the fare difference and any penalty before we touch the booking, then reissue the ticket properly so the coupon status stays valid with the airline. For cancellations we void inside the 24-hour window where it applies, or file the refund with the carrier and chase it for you. We also handle seat assignments, baggage, pets in cabin or hold, paid upgrades and other ancillaries, name corrections, and involuntary schedule changes.
Can I reach a real person after I've booked?
Yes — that is the point of using us. Specialists are available 24 hours a day, seven days a week on +1-888-485-0220 or at [email protected], including for schedule changes, cancellations, rebooking and disruption while you are already travelling.
Do you specialise in Business and First Class?
Yes — that is the majority of what we ticket. Negotiated and published fares diverge most at the front of the aircraft, so contracted pricing makes the biggest difference on Business, First and Premium Economy long-haul. We verify the actual seat product fitted to your aircraft and date, confirm mileage accrual for the fare class, and check lounge and baggage entitlements before you pay.
Will I earn frequent flyer miles?
Usually, yes. You travel on the airline's own aircraft holding a standard e-ticket, and mileage accrual follows the fare class booked. Some deeply discounted fare classes earn at a reduced rate or not at all — we tell you which applies to your specific fare before you pay.
How do I verify my booking with the airline?
Your confirmation includes the airline's own PNR (record locator). Enter it on the carrier's website or app to view the reservation directly with them, independently of us.
